Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains how you may use the Sowa Answers website, dashboard, AI receptionist, SMS features, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms used here have the same meaning as in the Terms unless defined below.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only in compliance with applicable law, industry rules that apply to your business (where relevant), and the agreements between you and us. You are responsible for how your staff and anyone with access to your account use the Services.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Services to:

• Violate any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights.
• Send spam, fraudulent messages, or deceptive communications to callers or SMS recipients.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against individuals or groups.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or third-party networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services (including excessive or abusive automated traffic).
• Misrepresent your identity, your business, or the origin of communications sent through the Services.
• Use the Services to distribute malware or other harmful code.

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement where permitted by law.

Monitoring & Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, remove content, or take other reasonable steps if we believe you have violated this AUP or pose a risk to callers, recipients, or our infrastructure. Where appropriate, we will try to notify you, but urgent or serious cases may require immediate action. Nothing in this AUP limits remedies available under the Terms.
