We use this to provision your number, send follow-up messages, notify you of calls, and manage your subscription.
How we use it
We use your data only to deliver Sowa Answers (missed-call capture, AI receptionist, SMS follow-up, dashboard), for support and billing, and to improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data & privacy (Canada)
We are a Canadian company. Client data is stored using trusted Canadian infrastructure that meets modern privacy standards. We handle personal information in line with applicable law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) in Canada where it applies.
Retention & security
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal and operational purposes. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data and do not sell it to third parties.
